I didn't start out with a system. I started out learning importation the way most people do — figuring things out, making mistakes, and slowly working out what actually mattered when it came to sourcing.
Over time, that hands-on experience turned into something bigger. What began as gadget importation grew into a Procurement and Logistics business serving other importers. Along the way, it gave me the means to open a bigger office space, and to finally purchase gadgets I'd once only dreamed of owning.
I don't teach the Blueprint because I read it somewhere. I teach it because I've actually done the work — sourced the products, sat in the supplier chats, negotiated the prices, and shipped the stock.
